Our Firm

Terry Evans and Associates has been serving the needs of its clients for 25 years.  We have been involved in the appraisal of real estate ranging from simple commercial buildings to specialized manufacturing facilities.  The firm also provides litigation support with valuation opinions that have been defended in local, state, and federal courts.

The firm represents clients with a wide range of real estate valuation issues.  We provide consulting and appraisal services to many different clients on many value issues.

Fees

The fees charged by the firm are based on the complexity of the assignment and the time window allowed for completion of the assignment.  We can provide you a fee quote for the appraisal assignment as well as hourly rates for time spent outside of the appraisal and fees for court appearances.
